TIPS TO STAY HYDRATED
1. START YOUR DAY WITH WATER
I have been honestly, starting my day with water over the last few years. It literally wakes you up. Just keep an extra water bottle on the side-table, and that’s it. The day starts on the right mode.
2. SIP ON WATER BEFORE EACH MEAL
Try to have at least a glass of water before you eat any of your main meals. This will,actually help you keep your eating under check as well.
3.INFUSE WATER WITH FREGGIES (FRUITS+VEGGIES)
If you are not a fan of plain water, you can try infusing it with your favorite fruits and vegetables. This will not only enhance, the flavor of water but also help your body absorb the nutrients of the fruit.

5. EAT YOUR WATER
Every day you can try to eat certain foods that have high water content. Apples, watermelon, orange, cucumbers are a good choice.
MAKE IT A FAMILY THING
Invest in good water bottles, smaller ones for kids. Chances are, if you have water beside you, you are more likely to sip on it. Similarly, your kids will drink water more, if it’s with them.
When you step out of the home, make sure to carry a refillable water bottle with you. It’s best to sip on water instead of some sugary drinks.
WATER AFTER USING THE WASHROOM
Drink another glass of water just after your washroom break. Sorry, might sound silly but it is kind of important.
You might need to amp up your hydration if you notice these signs:
- Bad breath
- Urine very dark yellow
- Muscle Cramps
